The Personality Dimensions® Leadership Report is an essential tool as part of a Leadership Development program. This 33 page personalized report outlines the needs & values, leadership challenges, communication style, delegation style, and motivators, for each of the four dimensions. It also looks at how they contribute to a team, show appreciation, and give feedback & praise to their team. This report has been designed to help users explore and expand their understanding of the leadership style they use at home, and/or in their organization and how others might perceive and react to it.

The Personality Dimensions® Leadership Report can be effectively used in a group setting for training up-and-coming leaders, or in one-on-one coaching for building strong leadership skills. The report takes a holistic approach by not only including descriptions for the individual test taker’s personality and leadership dimensions, but also encourages an understanding of others as well.  The Personality Dimensions® Leadership Report also includes follow-up questions, and a space to reflect on what was learned from the results that can be periodically revisited.
